Serrano Park Community As part of our Urban Forest Management Program, the Serrano Park Landscape Committee adopts Best Practices Guides and policies for improving management practices and maintaining consistency in these practices as we learn. These guides are well researched and adopted from various authoritative agencies, universities, arboriculture groups, and refines from our own experiences. They provide easy guides for the Landscape Committee members as well as clearly define the quality standards as they pertain to Serrano Park for our contractors.
