2021-2022 Infrastructure improvements
- Replaced clubhouse heating and air conditioning systems following failure late last year.
- Replaced main pool pumps and filters following flooding in December
- Replaced Spa heater after 13 years of service and failed controller system
- Refurbished all damaged pool chairs and lounge chairs for both pools
- Purchased 6 new umbrellas and 8 moveable umbrella stands for Sombra and Abeto pools
- Refurbished main tot lot replacing failing clamps
- Replaced 1000 watt metal halide tennis court lights with 300 watt LED lights saving 70% on power usage
- Replaced piping and wall board in Abeto pool pump room following leak damage
- Replaced 150 feet of crumbling asphalt and repaired drain with new cement walkway in the main greenbelt to prevent flooding.
