Paseo Tranquilo Entrance

  • All of the turf between Paseo Tranquilo and the church
  • All of the turf along Paseo Tranquilo from Trabuco to Paseo Vendaval.
  • The parkway turf along Paseo Vendaval from Paseo Tranquilo to Calle Recreo

Description

  • We will be removing all of the turf in the project area.
  • All plants used will be low water use plant species, most of which are already in use in our green areas.
  • The parkways on Paseo Tranquilo and Paseo Vendaval within the project area will be planted with mulched swales with accent shrubs and trample resistant ground cover.
  • We plan to add Crape Myrtle trees at a later time to the Paseo Vendaval Parkway
  • To fill the empty areas the Brazilian pepper street trees we will use groupings of Canary Island pine trees and podocarpus trees.
