Recent actions by the Board of Directors have been focused on refurbishment and replacement of assets. The heating and air conditioning units of the clubhouse were replaced following their failure late last year. The Sombra spa heater was retired after 13 years of faithful service and a new, more efficient unit installed to alleviate the cost of rising gas prices. Following flooding of the Sombra pool with dirt and silt from the major rains in mid-December, the pool was cleaned and the main pumps replaced. All damaged pool chairs and lounges have been refurbished. New umbrellas and movable stands have been ordered to have both pools ready for spring and summer.
