Serrano Park Community Serrano Park homeowners: You may have received or will be receiving a billing statement and letter of transition from Cardinal Property Management. The new Board of Directors elected last Tuesday, Oct. 12th, has determined that a change of management companies at this time is detrimental to the operations of the Association. The new board understands that there have been issues with service from Keystone but would like time to assess the deficiencies and work with Keystone on corrective action. If that action is not successful then a change in management companies may be necessary. However, initiating a change at this time is financially problematic. You will be receiving a billing statement from Keystone including a letter from the association’s attorney explaining the change and the decision to continue with services from Keystone.
