Serrano Park Community The Governing Documents Committee, with the advice of legal counsel, reviews and recommends amendments to the HOA’s governing documents and provides counsel to the Board of Directors on issues related to the governing documents as directed.
The Governing Documents Committee has been disbanded. After several extreme attempts, the committee was not able to gain enough votes to achieve the support of 50% of all Serrano Park Homeowners on even the simplest and most popular changes.
